Classic wines from France and contemporary wines from Chile will be served with a formal dinner menu prepared by the head chef.
Among the luxurious wines are Chateau Mouton Rothschild 97, Almaviva 06, Chateau Cos D'Estournel 05, Don Melchor 06, Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc 08 and GANCIA Pininfarina Prosecco.

Hilton Namhae Golf & Spa Resort won two honorable prizes in the categories of Korea's Leading Resort and Korea's Leading Golf Resort for the third year in a row at the 2009 World Travel Awards.
The winners of the 16th World Travel Awards were chosen by thousands of votes cast by 167,000 travel agents and tourism professionals across the globe. The awards, established in 1993, are often dubbed as the "Oscars" of the global travel and tourism industry.

Grand Cafe at Grand InterContinental Seoul is holding a Kimchi Festival from Nov. 16 to 21 to contribute to the globalization of Korean food.
Twenty-two kinds of different kimchi and meals such as rolls, steamed dishes, beef skewers, cannelloni, stir fry and various desserts will be presented.
A drawing for a Samsung Kimchi Fridge will take place with two lucky guests winning the prize.
Mini-roll pork kimchi and seaweed kimchi as well as Bordeaux kimchi with a gorgeous wine color are included on the buffet. Furthermore, kimchi with bean sprouts and clam soup, pork supreme with kimchi, and kimchi with mung bean pancakes are also available.

Lotte Hotel Seoul's Italian restaurant Peninsula is holding a L'Esprit Nouveau Party on Nov. 19 from 7 p.m. to celebrate the arrival of 2009 Beaujolais Nouveau ― the first wine of the harvest season.
Fruity cherry-colored 2009 Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau wine alongside a variety of other wines will be provided with a semi-standing buffet.
Events lined up for the evening include music by a popular DJ, a lingerie fashion show and electronic violin concert. Dress code is lingerie or a party look.
Admission tickets are 60,000 won, inclusive of tax.

Conrad
Hilton Worldwide's premium brand "Conrad" will be built at the site of the soon-to-be-constructed International Finance Center in Yeouido, Seoul, the hotel franchise said last Thursday.
A contract was signed with the aim of opening the hotel in the second half of 2011.
The 466-room Conrad Seoul will be equipped with a swimming pool, luxury spa, three restaurants, a lobby lounge, bar, convention hall and others. It will be a venue for business leaders with a multiplex cinema, luxurious shopping mall, restaurants and leisure facilities located in the same building.
Martin Rinck, Asia-Pacific manager of Hilton Worldwide, said, "Conrad Seoul is expected to strengthen the franchise portfolio. It will be a worldwide landmark."
