Top singer and musician Seo Tai-ji will have a concert tour of nine cities including Seoul, Busan and Daegu beginning June 13, according to Seo Tai-ji Company Thursday.
This will mark his first concert in five years since his ``Zero'' tour in 2004. Right before the forthcoming tour, he will release his eighth album.
Seo Tai-ji Company said the tour, entitled ``The Moebius,'' will be ``full of various things to see and music.''
Seo Tai-ji, one of the most prominent and influential cultural icons in South Korea, will begin his June tour with an outdoor performance at Peace Plaza in the War Memorial of Korea in downtown Seoul. Concerts in the remaining eight cities will be featured indoors.
His level of popularity in Korea in the 1990s was comparable to that of Michael Jackson's in the United States in the mid-1980s, according to Wikipedia.
