Chef Thomas, who is in charge of all desserts at W hotel, created the ``Wild N Wonderful Chocolates @ W'' series. More than 10 kinds of well being ingredients, such as of bokbunja (raspberry), ginseng, rosemary, chili, wasabi, ginger and more, are turned into chocolates.
