Public Enemy Returns
In this sequel to ``Public Enemy 2,'' diehard detective Kang Cheol-jung (Sul Kyoung-gu) is back. He tries to quit but his resignation is postponed due to a high school murder case. Promises of a retirement allowance lure Cheol-jung back into the game. Clues lead to the Geoseong Group, which seems to be fostering an adolescent crime gang.
