Actress Park Han-byul's husband Yoo In-suk, who is the former business partner of K-pop singer Seungri, has pleaded guilty to all charges relating to the Burning Sun nightclub scandal, including prostitution procurement.

The trial of the former chief of Yuri Holdings Co. was held in the Seoul Central District Court, Wednesday. Yoo has been indicted on several charges relating to the nation-rocking K-pop scandal revolving around the nightclub.

Yoo's attorney told the court his client pleaded guilty to all charges, saying Yoo will "submit a written statement to address the degrees of participation and mitigating circumstances."

In regard to charges of embezzling corporate funds, Yoo's attorney noted they will review the legality of the charge and submit a detailed argument at the next hearing later this month.

Yoo is being prosecuted for arranging sex services for Japanese investors between September 2015 and January 2016 with Seungri. He also allegedly used corporate funds to hire a personal attorney for his employee, and falsely registered the club "Monkey Museum" as a restaurant.

He is also accused of bribing a senior superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, surnamed Yoon, who has been suspected of having ties with Yoo and Seungri.

Meanwhile, Seungri has been indicted without detention on several charges, including prostitution arrangement, illicit gambling and embezzlement. He joined the Army in March, so he will be tried in a military court.
