What Ariana Grande gave to Blackpink's Rose

After Ariana Grande met Blackpink stars at the annual Coachella concert in Indio, California, in April, she apparently formed a special relationship with one of them.

It became clear recently. Rose, the four-member group's main vocalist, posted on Instagram Stories on May 30 a photo of a nifty perfume bottle. The sequoia glass bottle half-tucked inside a white mounting was a gift from the American singer/song writer. To the Korean it was “the cutest perfume on the planet.”

Grande captured the post and re-posted it plus a caption “Love you” followed by a black heart icon.

The online exchange reminded fans this was not the pair's first encounter. Grande posted on Instagram in April a group photo of her with Blackpink's Lisa, Rose and Jenny. The American had also publicly praised the YG Entertainment unit, a rare compliment from the global superstar to a Korean group.

Blackpink began its “In Your Area” international tour in November 2018, starting in Seoul. Having recently played in Barcelona, Spain, on May 28, the group will continue to China, Australia and Thailand until July.
