The unseasonal 22 centimeters of snow in Gangwon Province, Wednesday, has spawned an unseasonal perk: skiing in spring. Following the heavy snow that also sent temperatures plunging to near zero, Yongpyong Ski Resort temporarily reopened its Rainbow II slope until Sunday.
