K-pop star Sunmi will take her first solo world tour to Asia and North America.
Her agency MAKEUS Entertainment said Wednesday that Sunmi's tour will start with her Yes 24 Live Hall concert in Seoul on Feb. 24. The tour is titled "WARNING," named after her latest mini album. She will perform in 12 cities across the U.S., Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan. The tour will end in Tokyo on May 23.
Ticket sales for her Seoul concert open at 8 p.m. on Jan. 22.
The tour preview poster, released by her agency, says more shows are on the way, with cities in Europe reportedly destinations for her second tour.
Sunmi, who debuted in now disbanded girl group Wonder Girls, went solo in 2014 with hit songs "Full Moon" and "24 hours." Her later songs ― "Gashina," "Heroine" and "Siren" ― were all hits, establishing her as one of Korea's top solo female artists.
