Some 100,000 protesters fill the Uisadang-daero Road leading to the National Assembly.

In their third mass demonstration, taxi drivers and others in the business from Bucheon and other regions across the country crowd the main road leading to the National Assembly.

Protesters carry the photo of a taxi driver who died after setting himself on fire in front of the National Assembly on Dec. 10 in protest at Kakao T Carpool.

Protesters' banners read: "Live up to the spirit of the martyr! Revise the Passenger Transport Service Act!!" The protesters are from the country's four major labor unions comprising workers involved in the business.

Protesters hold banners that read "Ban illegal carpool operation by personal vehicles!"
