American pop star KeSha will perform in her first concert in Korea next month.

On the first anniversary of her inspiring and career-defining “Rainbow” album, KeSha will perform at Yonsei University's Nocheon Theater in Seoul on Sept. 14 ― and the show is only for adults.

Kesha Yonhap.

The singer-songwriter, whose real name is Kesha Rose Sebert, made her debut in 2009 with the album “ANIMAL.” The lead single from the album, “Tik Tok,” was No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart for nine consecutive weeks. The song sold 12.8 million digital copies worldwide in 2010, making it the best-selling single of the year.

The success of her first album propelled Kesha to stardom. Among her other hits are “Dinosaur” and “Crazy Kids.”

The “Rainbow” album, which also topped the Billboard 200 chart, was released last year.
