Another woman has come forward with rape allegations against actor Cho Jae-hyun, who left acting earlier this year after being embroiled in the #MeToo scandals.

A Korean-Japanese actress claimed through a local media outlet on Wednesday that Cho raped her while they were working on a drama in May 2002.

According to the victim, Cho lured her to a male bathroom that was under construction, saying he wanted to teach her acting skills.

“Cho Jae-hyun needs to realize what he did to me and other victims and apologize,” the victim said in the interview.

She also said Cho made repeated attempts to sexually harass her.

The victim suffered from depression and in 2007 moved to Japan.

Cho Jae-hyun denied the allegations, saying the sexual relationship was consensual.
