50% discount available at Shilla Jeju buffet

The Shilla Jeju Hotel is offering children a 50 percent dinner discount at its signature buffet restaurant, the Park View, until Aug. 31, to celebrate summer vacation.

Children who are eligible for the half-price discount are those aged from 3 years to 12 years. Plus, Jeju residents can also get 20 percent off the buffet's normal price.

Along with a variety of menu items made of fresh ingredients, the restaurant is also offering summer-themed foods, aimed at recovering stamina, reduced by recent heat waves.

In addition, the Park View dinner also Spanish foods and performance by a Flamenco dance team.


Maison Glad Jeju presenting experience package

The Maison Glad Jeju has unveiled a promotion that helps visitors enjoy the taste of Jeju Island and live like Jeju locals.

The package will be available until the end of October at a starting price of 155,000 won ($138) for one person and 199,000 won for a couple.

Along with a one-night stay, it features a complimentary breakfast buffet and a voucher for a noodle dish at a renowned Chinese restaurant there.

The promotion also offers free airport pickup and sending services.

Sheraton D Cube offers barbeque in box

The Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel has launched the BBQ To Go service, tailored for those who are planning an outdoor barbeque party or camping.

The 190,000 won ($169) set is packed full of essential barbeque items ranging from an appetizer to dessert including smoked salmon salad, beef tenderloin, pork belly, assorted sausages, king prawns and assorted vegetables _ enough to serve five people.

Meats are pre-marinated and ready-to-grilled right on the spot and other ingredients and menus are prepared ready-to-eat.

It is available for pick up at the 41st floor Feast restaurant or for delivery with extra charge.

Yeouido Marriott running wine promotion

The Seoul Marriott Executive Apartments is presenting a special wine promotion _ the Bubble and Purple Promotion _ at a reasonable price until Aug. 31.

Served at Park Cafe on the second floor of the property, it features a bottle of sparkling or red wine and one assorted seasonal fruits.

This promotion is available everyday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 34,900 won, compared with its normal price of 120,500 won.
