Rainbow member to hold photo exhibit

Kim Ji-sook, 24, a member of K-pop girl group Rainbow, will hold her first photography exhibition in Seoul, her management agency DSP Media said, Wednesday.

"Kim has great affection for the art of photography. She carries her camera all the time," the company said in a statement.

The exhibition will be held at the Gallery Illum in Seoul from Feb. 5 to 25. Proceeds from the exhibition will be donated to the Childfund Korea.

The seven-member girl band will make a comeback next month with new studio album.

Joo Won hosts fan meeting in Japan

Actor Joo Won, 28, met with over 3,000 Japanese fans in his fan meeting in Japan last week.

"Joo Won had three fan meetings in Tokyo and Kyoto from Jan. 23 to 25," Sim Entertainment said Wednesday. "In the meetings, the actor sang 11 songs for 100 minutes in each meeting."

The actor, who debuted as a member of K-pop group Frees in 2005, rose to stardom after taking a starring role in 2010 KBS TV's hit drama "King of Baking, Kim Tak-gu."

The company said the actor's latest drama "Tomorrow's Cantabile," a Korean remake version of Japanese 2007 hit drama "Nodame Cantabile," will be broadcast through Japan's Fuji Television Network.
