The images were released by EVNNE's agency Jellyfish Entertainment through official social media accounts on Thursday, kicking off the countdown to the launch of EVNNE's debut mini-album "Target: ME" on September 19.
According to the promotional schedule, EVNNE is set to release a string of teaser content over the coming days, including additional photos, a debut trailer, track list, music video teasers, a highlight medley and finally the music video itself. The diverse range of content is aimed at generating further buzz and keeping fans occupied in the run-up to EVNNE's official debut next month.
The title of their debut mini-album "Target: ME" was also unveiled for the first time on Thursday along with their promotional schedule, which caught the eyes of many fans with its stylish, vintage feel and black color scheme, further piquing their interest and curiosity.
In the first set of group photos released by EVNNE, the members opted for a very casual concept with a broad appeal. Exuding subtle charisma and youthful energy, there's much anticipation over how the members might synergize and gel with one another to create something more than just the sum of their parts when they finally debut.
Comprised of Mun Jung-hyun, Park Ji-hoo, Park Han-bin, Yoo Seung-eon, Lee Jeong-hyeon, Ji Yun-seo and Keita, EVNNE's name is derived from "The Evening's Newest Etoiles," which signifies their ambitions to become one of the brightest emerging stars in K-pop by combining unique individual personalities with a strong group identity.
EVNNE members were recruited from the Mnet reality competition program "Boys Planet," all of them promising contestants from the show who impressed the jury with their unique talent and latent potential for future growth.
With their final debut countdown now underway, EVNNE is set to release their first mini-album "Target: ME" on major online and offline music platforms on September 19 at 6 p.m.
