Park Jin-young, founder/producer of JYP Entertainment representing TWICE, and acclaimed composers including Zara Larsson contributed to the lead track that features tropical house rhythms. Member Nayeon penned the lyrics for "MAKE ME GO," while Jeongyeon did her bit for "SWEET SUMMER DAY."
"With the forthcoming release, people will see how the nine-piece act has taken a leap forward in its music," JYP said in a statement, Sunday.
TWICE ― consisting of Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu ― debuted with the mini-album "THE STORY BEGINS" in 2015. The group was catapulted to fame with a string of hits including "Cheer Up" (2016) and "Knock Knock" (2017).
TWICE's ninth mini-album "MORE & MORE" will be released on June 1.
