Suzy, a member of the defunct girl group miss A, is returning with new music this month.
Her second solo album is due on Jan. 29, while a pre-release track will be out a week before.
JYP Entertainment, her agent, said big plans are in store for her music video, which would be in four parts and filmed in Los Angeles.
JYP previously revealed Suzy's travel and filming plans for early January. She is now in Los Angeles.
A year ago, Suzy topped the charts with the pre-release single "Pretend" and title track "Yes No Maybe."
In February last year, she released a duet with Park Won titled "Don't Wait for Your Love."
She returned to TV in September and starred with heartthrob Lee Jong-suk in the fantasy drama "While You Are Sleeping."
It was the second collaboration between the actress and scriptwriter Park Hye-ryun. The first was a teen drama series, "Dream High."
