Actress Seo Ji-hye dating Lions pitcher

Actress Seo Ji-hye and Korean Baseball League player Yun Sung-hwan are in a romantic relationship, it was revealed on Monday.

League insiders say the actress, 33, and the Samsung Lions top pitcher, 35, have been dating “below the radar” whenever Yun was not due on the mound.

Sources said the couple met early this year and enjoyed a double date with model Han Hye-jin and pitcher Cha Woo-chan from the LG Twins ― another“mixed couple” ― from entertainment and sport.

Seo, who hosts cable network FashionN’s beauty show “Follow Me 8,” said on a talk show on cable channel tvN last month that she was solo.

“Men seem to find me difficult because of my not-so-friendly looks,” she said.

But a source said Yun was “mesmerized right now to her femininity, wisdom and sharp character.”

In 2014, Yun, then a free agent, signed an 8 billion won ($7 million) contract with the Lions, the most lucrative among free agents in KBL history.
