그때 얼도 나서서 “Hey! This mess we’re in, it’s all our faults. Me, I didn’t even protect my own son.”이라고 말한다. It’s all our faults는 We are to blame.이라고 할 수도 있다. 참고로 Hey는 이메일 마케팅을 할 때 제목으로 사용하면 효과가 높은 대표적인 제목이다. 누군가 Hey라는 제목의 이메일을 보내면 열어보기 쉽다.
얼은 “Look, I’m as mad at Flint as you are.”라고 말해서 성난 군중과 공감대를 형성한다. 구체적으로 “In fact, when he gets out of that car, I’m gonna slap him in the face.”라고 말해서 감정을 표현한다. 그리고 나서 “I know Flint Lockwood made the food, but it was made to order.
