A: 새 옷을 입고 있구나! 어디서 맞추었어?
B : 맞춤이 아니라 기성복을 샀어.

A: How do I look in this suit?
B : Those sleeves are a little too long. You must make alterations.

It didn't fit me at first, so I had a few alterations made to the suit.
Now it fits me perfectly.
