Denver television news reports a near mid-air collision precipitated by a “mysterious object” on 15 May 2012. This apparent near collision was reported by UFO Sightings Daily.
UFO Sightings Daily is coordinated by Scott C. Waring, who is a UFO researcher and author. Mr. Waring had been affiliated with the United States Air Force (USAF) SAC base (flight line).
Mr. Waring suggests that local TV media tactically refer to the incident as having been caused by a “mysterious object” rather than a “UFO”. In so doing, local TV media could then try to explain away the incident with a palatable “conventional explanation.”
NBC News affiliate Channel 9 indicated that Federal Aviation Administration air traffic controllers did not see the “mysterious object”. As a result, air traffic controllers would not have been able to have prevented a mid-air collision.
“As far as investigators know, the mystery object did not show up on radar Monday.”
The pilot also reported the size of the “mystery object”.
“It was like a large remote-controlled aircraft.”
However, as Mr. Waring points out: “Drones used by the police are not stealth, and even remote controlled aircraft show up on radar.”
Mr. Waring indicates with his background with the USAF, that flying craft which nearly caused a collision must have been alien in origin.
In October 2008, the UK Ministry of Defence reportedly declassified eyewitness testimony from a USAF Sabre Fighter Pilot who saw an apparent alien craft.
Lieutenant Milton Torres who flew the Sabre recorded the apparent alien craft leaving British airspace “at a whopping 9,941 miles per hour“.
Britain’s Mirror once reported that: “A passenger jet preparing to land at Heathrow had a near-miss with a UFO.”
The Mirror’s Martin Fricker elaborated the pilot’s reaction to seeing the UFO in his article titled “Pilot's close encounter with UFO over Kent.”
“The Alitalia plane's captain Achille Zaghetti was so scared by the missile-shaped object that he even shouted, "Look out, look out" to his co-pilot.”
